Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the development and implementation of the project-specific safety plan (prevention plans, procedures, safety instructions, etc.) in collaboration with the technical team ;
- Coordinating the safety plans of subcontractor teams ;
- Being present on worksites to raise awareness among internal staff and subcontractors regarding good safety practices, and to supervise and monitor activities during the execution phase ;
- Verifying the compliance of installations, equipment, and working methods with applicable regulations and standards ;
- Monitoring the correct application of safety rules by internal and external teams ;
- Formalizing results and drafting safety-related reports (site visit reports, incident/accident analyses, non-conformities, etc.) ;
- Analyzing incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, identifying root causes, and implementing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
Compétences et profil recherchés
Desired Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial environment is required.
- You are recognized for your excellent communication skills, leadership, and assertiveness.
- You are able to anticipate issues, react quickly, and find effective solutions.
- You are resilient under stress and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in your work.
- You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus, and any additional language is an asset.
- You are open to traveling to project sites across Europe for the duration of the projects under your responsibility. Periodic returns home are planned.
