Descriptif de poste

Reporting to the Head of New Product Development, you will participate in the development of microwave technologies for new products.

Based on your experience, you may also be in charge of managing the Microwave design team in the R&D department.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Under the projects entrusted to you, you will design, implement and validate radar solutions;
  • You will manage the coordination of activities linked to these projects in relation to their technical aspect, planning and study costs control.

Based on your experience, you may be in charge of managing the developers of the Microwave team. In this context:

  • you will support and motivate the team of designers and ensure their continued development;
  • you will manage the distribution of work and tasks in your team, optimise work methods and supervise the progress reports of the projects;
  • you will keep work tools up to date and ensure they are maintained;
  • you will represent your team in the context of internal department meetings.

Compétences et profil recherchés

  • You should hold a Master’s degree level diploma in the field of electronics.
  • You should have experience relating to the development of microwave
  • Ideally, you should demonstrate experience in managing a team.
  • You should be recognised for your leadership, your organisational abilities and people skills.
  • You should have good knowledge of spoken and written French and English.
